Was not impressed with morning service from the cashier/manager. After waiting on her to get off her phone, she then turns around to tell me to place my an order on the kiosk, which I do not care to use. Her unfriendly attitude and unwillingness to register my order into the cash register, cause me to leave to not support this location anymore. I hope she is able to read this and understand how important a positive attitude is to a customer.

This McDonald's is the worse! They forgot to put the condiments on to my Quarter Pounder! And I had to go back and when I went in there was about 3 other customers arguing with the manager Olga about thier order being wrong, this manager was so rude yelling a on customer in Spanish that she was so busy and that was why she got the order wrong! When I was talking to her, her eyes were some where else but not listening to me, I had to yell at her and tell her to please listen to me. She gives me my order I go home open my bag and the order was wrong again! I called her and she argues with me and tells me that she gave me what I wanted, but that she works all evenings so just to go in and she will give me the correct order. I wasn't gonna go in the next day but I was still craving a burger that I didn't get. I asked for her and another manager tells me that she was not scheduled to work, so I tell him what she told me and what happened and he kinda laughed when I mentioned her name. He was nice enough to give me my meal. So before you leave check your bag!

My drink was already halfway gone looked like two managers working. That's who y'all put in charge? They Girl who made the food did a good job. He had one job and gave me half a slush for full price won't be back.

They forgot to put my sons chicken nuggets in his happy meal and then gave him doctor pepper instead of coke thru the drive thru. While getting our order two employees were arguing about who is going home. After finding this out at home and having to drive all the way back I spoke with the manager Ashley and she said all she could do was apologize while she let another worker at the counter laugh at me. I told her her apology didn't make my cold food any warmer. Horrible manager who apparently lets her employees argue and then laugh when a customers order is messed up by a very unprofessional team.
